BIP39 changes

Hello, BIP39 is already implemented in Trezor, Multibit HD and bitcoinj 0.11. Other projects also agreed to eventually implement it (Electrum). Please merge the latest version of BIP39 and change status from Draft to Accepted. Thanks, Marek
