BIP-0136: updates data encoding/decoding examples due to bech32m/bech32

BIP-350 introduces a modification to the checksum of the Bech32 specification from BIP-173. This new variant is referred to as Bech32m. This pull request updates all the txref test vectors with the new Bech32m checksums and also adds several new examples and clarification of the existing text.
